The Ukiah Photography Club, founded in 2010 by Chris Pugh and Judy Judd, is a group of Mendocino County digital and film photographers representing a range of styles, experience, and expertise. The Club’s monthly meetings and periodic outings include instruction, photo critiques, and lively discussions.
Membership is $25 per year, paid directly to the Club. The dues are used to pay for website costs, a portion of the show expenses, and other miscellaneous Club expenses. Paid membership is required for participation in the Club’s annual show, usually in September. Participants also cover part of the cost of the show.
The Club meets on the first Sunday of the month at 11:00 AM at Mountain Mike’s Pizza in Ukiah (note: all Mountain Mike’s meetings have been transferred to Zoom until further notice; see Events page for updates). Members are asked to RSVP for all meetings and events. This helps the Organizers to insure that there is adequate meeting space, transportation, etc. Visitors are always welcome.
The Club’s strength is in its diversity – professional and amateur, old-timer and newcomer, digital and film, color and black & white, landscape and studio, portrait and abstract, even Canon and Nikon.
Welcome to the Ukiah Photography Club!
